LAHA '23 Aspirants Forum Congratulates Tinubu, Shettima, Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat On Electoral Victory

The Forum of Lagos State House of Assembly Aspirants, 2023 across the 20 Local Government Areas in the state under the All Progressives Congress (APC), has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and his Deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, on their victory in the 2023 general elections of which they have now been sworn-in. The congratulatory message was contained in an advertorial sponsored by the forum and which was made available to the media. Vote buying: Your Petition To IGP An Afterthought, Diversionary, Group Slams Adebutu, Asks Him To Present Himself For Trial

A group, Ogun Integrity Vanguard (OIV), has asked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the March 18 governorship election in Ogun State, Honourable Oladipupo Adebutu, to present himself for trial instead of writing frivolous petitions to the police over his vote buying scandal. According to OIV, it is disturbing that after the Federal Government had investigated their vote buying plot and charged them to court, Adebutu and some accused members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State are now writing petitions to the Inspector General of Police ( IGP), Mr. Usman Alkali Baba, asking him to investigate Governor Dapo Abiodun and the All Progressives Congress (APC) for vote buying too. Court Remands Ejigbadero Over Land Grabbing, Perjury Allegations

A Chief Magistrate court in Yaba, Lagos State has ordered the remand of a suspected land grabbing, fraud, theft, (M), Abiodun Ishola Ejigbadero. Ejigbadero was arraigned yesterday over allegations of terrorizing land owners in Alimosho area of Lagos State. The accused is facing a five-count charge of conspiracy to murder, unlawful possession of firearms in suit number A/52/2023, and will be remanded in prison pending the Attorney-General's legal advice. 10th Assembly: Groups rally to endorse Hon Ahmed Mukta Betera for Speaker

Coalition of Tinubu Support Groups and the South West Good Governance Agenda have  endorsed Hon. Ahmed Muktar Betera as speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.  The Groups  asserted that the task ahead of the President-Elect is daunting, requiring all hands to be on deck towards delivering the mandate of a better Nigeria for all.
