Managing Director/CEO of Fendini Homes Ltd , Prince Adelaja Adeoye Arrested for Alleged Document Falsification, Forgery

The Managing Director/CEO of Fendini Homes Ltd , Prince Adelaja Adeoye Arrested for Alleged Document Falsification, Forgery, Fraud and Intimidation as regards the Ownership of Rayfield Garden City, Alao Akala Housing Estate, Ibadan Oyo State.

We express deep concern over the recent arrest of Prince Adelaja Adeoye, Chairman and Managing Director of Fendini Homes Ltd, in connection with the alleged fraud, falsification of official documents in connivance with some Government officials of Oyo state Public Private Partnership agency (OYSIPA) to forge documents belonging to the Rightful Project proponent, Messrs. Privus Crest Limited as originally approved by the state government through the Oyo state Public Private Partnership agency (OYSIPA).

The case of alleged forgery was formally brought to the attention of the Inspector General of Police via a petition dated 9th of May, 2025.

Following due process, approval was granted for the arrest of Prince Adelaja Adeoye for interrogation and further investigation.

Our source gathered that the shocking and damning evidences provided by the Original project Owner necessitated the prompt approval of the petition and directive given for investigation and onward prosecution.

The implications of document falsification and forgery are grave.

Such actions constitute a serious criminality, breach of trust and legality, undermining the integrity of corporate partnerships and public institutions.

According to our source who witnessed the arrest on the 14th of June, 2025, Adelaja Adeoye initially resisted arrest, struggling with the Officers of the Nigerian police. He asked that the premises be guarded by his security and called for Amotekun and his acquaintances in the state police division even when presented with an arrest warrant.

It took the professionalism and calmness of the police officers to calm the situation.

We unequivocally condemn all forms of deception, fraud, and forgery. We urge the relevant authorities to pursue appropriate legal measures to ensure accountability. It is imperative that justice is served and that those affected receive the necessary support and protection.

While we call on the general public to be wary of their investment choices and the integrity of people they trust with their investments, We also call on all individuals and institutions, including the Nigeria Police Force, to uphold the values of honesty, transparency, and mutual respect in all personal and professional engagements.

Our organization remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting integrity and defending the rights of individuals under all circumstances.

Waliu Taiwo Not Fit to Represent Ogun West in the Senate – Stakeholders

As preparations for Nigeria’s 2027 general elections gain momentum, political activities are heating up, with aspirants beginning to declare their intentions to contest various offices. In Ogun State, one of the emerging contenders for the Ogun West Senatorial District seat under the All Progressives Congress (APC) is Hon. Waliu Taiwo, Chairman of the Ogun State House of Assembly Service Commission.  Taiwo reportedly seeks to replace Senator Solomon Adeola Olamilekan, popularly known as Yayi, who is rumoured to have plans to succeed Governor Dapo Abiodun after his second term. However, some political stakeholders and elders in the Ogun West Senatorial District are reportedly opposing Taiwo’s ambition, arguing that he is unfit to represent the area in the Senate. Sources within the APC claimed that these stakeholders believe Taiwo lacks the credentials, vision, and capacity required for such a position.  They accused him of being driven by personal interests rather than a genui...
