Shola Agboola, Man Who Sells Medical And Hospital Supplies To The Highest Bidder On The Guise Of Charity

There is a fresh allegation from stakeholders, who have questioned the integrity of the founder of SAGA Foundation, Mr. Shola Agboola that he is planning to launch a multibillion-naira Medical Equipment and Hospital Supplies to a general hospital in Osun State under Governor Ademola Jackson Adeleke.

Further investigations revealed that the stakeholders are on the verge of uncovering the truth behind the second delivery of multi-billion-naira medical equipment and hospital supplies to a general hospital in Ede, the hometown of the incumbent governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, not long after he donated $7.3 million worth of same medical equipment and hospital supplies to Osun State General Hospital, Ila-Orangun.

The talk of the town, which is now a major concern to the stakeholders, is “Who is really Mr. Shola Agboola” that has been using bis connection in Canada to enrich his pocket and to favour Osun State, where he came from before relocating to Canada.

Background check on Shola Agboola revealed that he is a goal-getter, who is passionate about the foundation and its offering, but it was discovered that he is also a smooth-talker that is not straight forward when it comes to business dealings.

We gathered that Ambassador Shola Agboola once had a serious issue with the Nigerian-Association for Young Adults (NAYA), a reputable organization that promotes social, economic and political interests of Nigerians in Canada while making positive changes in the lives of Nigerians back home.

He was accused of using the platform for wrong dealings like visa racketeering and false work permit for some youths in Nigeria dreaming to travel to Canada to seek greener pastures.

It was alleged that Agboola's uncelebrated saga as a member of NAYA prompted him to create Shola Agboola Goodwill Ambassador (SAGA) Foundation to own his own charity and philanthropic organization for his selfish aims and objectives.

Checks showed that Mr. Agboola has used his "charming charisma" to deceive many in and outside the organization, and he finally warmed his way to the heart of the unsuspecting governor of Osun State, who thought he is doing a genuine philanthropic donation to the state.

But it was gathered that he is actually using the event to take the eyes of the industry watchers away from his business of selling parts of the medical equipment and hospital supplies to the secret buyers (hospitals).

"A Non-Governmental Organization such as SAGA Foundation is basically a humanitarian platform that is meant to give succor to the needy and vulnerable in any part of the country and there is no justification for him to be diverting the medical equipment and hospital supplies that many states in Nigeria ought to benefit from to his Osun State alone," squealed a disappointed medical practitioner.

Even many that read in the publicized release and flyer that Ooni of Ife, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, would be the royal father of the day at the launching, were disappointed that how could a powerful king in Yorubaland allow such a fraudulent act to take place under his nose when no hospital in Ile-Ife is benefiting from the medical equipment and hospital supplies to strengthen health and social services in the community.

"It’s a good thing to help and support the people in the society, but Ambassador Shola Agboola must come clean and clear his name with pending and unresolved case at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) concerning his alleged claim that one Mr. Peter Olorunyomi and Osazee Idemudia used his name and reputation to collect money from unsuspecting people in Nigeria with the promise of processing genuine Canadian visas and work permits for them," said a source.

Court Sets Aside Arrest, Remand, Wanted Declaration Against Hammed Tajudeen Akanbi

A Magistrate Court sitting in Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos, has set aside its earlier ex-parte order authorizing the arrest, remand, and “wanted” declaration of Hammed Tajudeen Akanbi, also known as Hammed Ajiran. The development follows the earlier declaration of Akanbi as wanted for alleged multiple murder by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Moshood Olorundare Jimoh, on February 19, 2026. However, in a ruling delivered today, Magistrate L.A. Owolabi of Magistrate Court 3 nullified the ex-parte order initially granted on February 16, 2026. In his decision, Magistrate Owolabi held that the order was obtained through the concealment of material facts. The court specifically noted that the counsel who filed and argued the application, Nosa Watson Uhumwangho, was under suspension by the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee at the time and therefore lacked the right of audience before the court. The ruling sparked jubilation among members of the youth wing of the Ojomu royal family, who...

Court Cautions Police, Orders Proper Invitation of Hammed Tajudeen Akanbi

A Lagos State Magistrate Court has cautioned the Lagos State Police Command and directed that proper procedures be followed in the handling of the case involving Mr. Hammed Tajudeen Akanbi, also known as Hammed Ajiran, in what is seen as a setback for individuals including Bashir Fakorede, Jide Akinloye, and Assistant Inspector-General of Police, AIG Jimoh Moshood. Presiding over proceedings in the Ogba Magisterial District, Magistrate A. J. Odueke, in Charge No: MISC/126/2026, held that the police must formally invite Akanbi rather than declare him wanted. The Court further stated that an order for arrest would only be considered if he fails to honour such an invitation. The Court noted that it was mindful of previous proceedings in Charge No: MCIK/60A/2026, where a similar application had earlier been set aside by another Magistrate on March 23, 2026, on the grounds of illegality. Consequently, the Court declined to entertain what it described as a repetition of a defective process. ...

The Tinubu–Ambode Support Associates (TASA) today Wednesday, December 4, 2025, convened a strategic stakeholders’ meeting with student union leaders from across Lagos State, reaffirming the critical role of young people in shaping the democratic direction of the state as preparations intensify toward the 2027 general elections.   The meeting, attended by representatives of 11 tertiary institutions under the coordinated leadership of the Joint Campus Committee (JCC), NANS Lagos Chapter, provided a robust platform for frank political discourse, progressive engagement, and actionable strategies for youth driven political mobilization.   TASA leadership briefed the students on the urgent necessity of active participation in governance, noting that voter apathy particularly among young people significantly affected the 2023 general elections.
